The GTX 295 was and is a great card to this day, but you'll be hard pressed to find a new one. And there are other Nvidia cards that do perform better and run more efficiently than the 295.
I'm a fan of the first Crysis, but I really gotta say, Crysis 2 is one of the most disappointing sequels I think I've ever played.
Trust me bro it's just as difficult with the wheel! If you only got a DS3, just try to get good feathering the pedal and analog.
I got an email a few weeks back saying that my EA account is now an Origin account. So long as there's no more of a hassle than it is for me to play BC2 online, it really won't bother me.
Well, the US didn't win, but with the number of casualties from the North Vietnamese army & allies totaling some 1.2 million, as opposed to the 300 thousand from the south, I'd hardly call it a victory... everyone kinda loses.
...That would be suggesting that the country losing a war has access to the same level of technology and resources as the other, which is never the case.
The problem is, the industry has changed greatly since diablo 2 was around, and this may prove to only be a minor inconvenience for most players. At this point, only a few people of the vast majority that will ultimately play the game when it's released, are currently following this issue. (gaming news websites, forums, etc.) I don't think when the game's out and people go to their Gamestop or are about to order online, that reading "online-only" is going to deter most ...
@Dlacy13g
...When DICE stated "Frostbite 2 has been built from scratch to match the design goals for Battlefield 3 and beyond."
Two ways:
1. If the guy's just being a dick, disable him from using comm. options temporarily.
2. Spot the target (or request whatever) while disabling the audio cue, also temporarily.
@dktxx2
"If I'm not allowed to play with out Blizzard giving me the ok, then I can't really say I own the game, can I? "
And somehow this logic justifies stealing right? As if Blizzard's years spent working and money invested into the game doesn't matter... because it wasn't tailor made to suit YOUR needs?
In BF2 and BF2142 (and BF: P4F) when you held the spot key down it would bring up a set of communications options such as requesting ammo, med. boxes, ask for a ride, etc. You could also "spot" a target that you may have seen but is no longer visible on screen, and select what type of target it was, though this option in particular wasn't used very often.
"because they cant take your disk away if you stopped playing it for more then a year or so"
then just buy the hard copy pc version...
blizzard said they're trying to get it out before the end of the year, but haven't given a date
Don't know why you got a disagree. it's statistically the worst selling and least played bf in the franchise
I liked Halo 2's campaign for the most part, the first four levels up until Delta Halo were the ones I enjoyed the most. I just didn't see the point in making us follow the arbiter. I mean, you spent all of Halo:CE fighting the covenant; the Elites the more dreaded of the bunch, and in Halo 2 you're suddenly supposed to sympathize with their situation... didn't really make much sense.
LMFAO I'm sorry, I know the new MK game is good, but seriously this is their first game to really be taken seriously in a competitive environment as we all know 3D did not work for MK.
I'd personally put Lbp2, Infamous 2 and Catherine ahead of L.A Noire for best so far. But that's just my opinion
Blizzard may patch in an offline mode, but it can actually lead to piracy since then people will want to pirate the game knowing you can play offline.
It was a merge, not a takeover, but I get the gist...
It's not really so much of an issue to me at least, so long as I can change classes on that same character, it shouldn't be a problem. Still, why remove this feature at all?
